2. Delivery / Pick-Up
We deliver throughout the Greater Victoria area. Delivery to outlying areas can also be arranged. Please call for the charge to your location. You can avoid fees by picking up or returning your rented items to our store.
To ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and ready to use, we provide special containers for our China, Silver, Glassware, etc.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack items (including tables and chairs) neatly in a pre-arranged place. Please do the same to be ready for Pick-Up. Delivery / Pick-Up charges quoted over the phone only include loading and unloading off the back of our truck. If you need the equipment carried further, please specify, as this may cost extra.
We do not require that you wash our china, cutlery (except silver) or glasses. We request that food be rinsed or wiped off and that glasses be emptied. All items should be returned to their containers.
Please read the notes on the care of individual items in the price list. Items returned not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.
4. Set Up and Take Down
We can set up and take down our tables and chairs if you make arrangements in advance. An additional charge will be applied for this service.
Responsibility for rented items remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Replacement charges are made for missing, damaged or broken items.
