If the date appears red after selection, it means that is a date we are closed and there would be an extra charge above are normal delivery charge or to come in. You can get equipment from the last day we're open to the first day we're back for a one-day charge

A cc# will not be immediately processed, but is kept on file to reserve the equipment and secure the equipment once it goes out. We will need a cc# to continue holding the equipment more than a few days, so please either enter one here or call it in to 250-383-7783. You can cancel with no penalty until two months before your order is scheduled to go out. Within the last two months you can make reductions totalling no more than 30%. At 6 weeks you can reduce by up to 30%, at 4 weeks 25%, and at 2 weeks 10%. Your final reductions of no more than 5% should be in at least 2 days ahead. The exception to this is for items we have to subrent, including most linen. We will not take reductions on these once they have been sent from our supplier.
