For best results:
- Preheat or chill Cambro cabinet before loading pans of hot or cold food. Slide an uncovered pan of hot water onto bottom rails or a pan of ice water onto top rails. Close door for 15–30 minutes.
- Minimize empty space
- Keep door closed as much as possible to minimize temperature change
To prevent damage:
- Do not use any type of cooking fuel inside
- Cool metal pans for 60 seconds to 250° or less before placing inside
- Do not place close to a hot oven or grill
